All data is securely stored and processed in accordance with applicable privacy laws and regulations. The data received is used to inform and improve overdose prevention efforts within our community, as well as create alerts targeting specific substances or situations. While some fields are required, other fields are optional. We do not sell this data to any third parties.

We do not share data on individual reports, except in cases where it is required by law or to protect the safety of our community members. Data may be aggregated for reports to funding bodies, or for public research publication.

Once a report is completed, a code will be generated and displayed on the home page. This code is unique to your report and can be used in future to reference your report in contact with our team.
